The sky is a sickly orange hue, stained with soot and ash, and the ground is littered with broken machines, twisted metal, and the remains of those who have come before.

Despite its inhospitable environment, the Junkyard is teeming with life. Some say that the junk itself has come alive, spawning horrific monsters and twisted abominations that roam the shadows in search of prey. But there are also the survivors, those who have adapted to this harsh world and carved out a living amongst the debris. They are a hardy bunch, scavenging what they can from the refuse, trading with each other, and banding together to fend off the dangers that surround them.

For those with the talent, the Junkyard is a place of great opportunity. With so much scrap and metal to choose from, those who know how to forge and repair can turn the junk into powerful weapons, and the tech-savvy can use it to create wondrous machines. But one must be careful, for every treasure is surrounded by traps, and the Junkyard is a treacherous place where one wrong step can mean certain death.
